Rooster accesses your calendar and uses AlarmKit to create alarms. Calendar data and alarm settings are processed on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your calendar events or personal information to our servers for the core functionality of the app.
If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this only to respond and improve our support.
Data we don’t collect
We do not sell your data. We do not use your calendar or alarm data for advertising or analytics. We do not require an account to use the app’s main features.
Apple services
Use of calendar and alarms is subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies. Data stays in the Apple ecosystem as governed by your device and iCloud settings.
Website analytics
This website uses anonymous analytics (e.g. Vercel Web Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site—such as page views and basic interactions (e.g. clicks on key links). No personal data or cookies are used for this; the data is aggregated and anonymous. We use it only to improve the site.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
